I like the concept of RSS, but I've yet to find an RSS reader that I like. Do you have any recommendations for a reader?
Other than that, the only RSS I've got going on is my Digg's (http://digg.com/users/sully213/history.rss (http://digg.com/users/sully213/history.rss)) as a smart bookmark in FireFox.

I use the Google Reader which is tied to my gmail account. I have it set to only display my feeds that have activity and hide the rest. Here are a few screenshots.
