Title: What's really fun.....
Post by: vincegun on August 14, 2010, 07:23:01 PM: What's REALLY fun is setting up your computer at your new apartment, knowing you won't have your own internet connection for at least 5 days, then configuring your wireless router to be a repeater for one of the two existing wireless signals that AREN'T secured and getting a sometimes spotty, but very sufficient internet connection.

Damn these people and their locking down of their wireless AP's.

No they are not. Maybe you should tell them that they should change their password so asshats don't change it on them.

They seem to be physically close to my apartment, as well. I'm getting pretty decent speeds when it comes to loading web pages whereas the other networks would be hit or miss when it came to holding a stable connection with them. Good thing Comcast is supposed to be stopping here tomorrow!
