Day 1 was a success!

I walked in, they had Company Polo Shirt, Paperwork, Business cards, and New Dell Precision Laptop waiting for me!  I was very impressed.

After I filled out paperwork, I got the office tour and quickly noticed that they had a relaxed yet hard working environment.

They have an air hockey table, 42 inch plasma, and xbox in the lounge as well as ultra cheap soda and snacks for the employees!

VERY NICE!

The other good thing is, that because the company I am starting off consulting for is so large, that they're running 1 version old software.  Windows 2000 instead of XP for example.  So I just went to ollies and got books on the software I will be expected to maintain, upgrade and support... as well as train the users on for a grand total of $16 haha!

Day 1, success!
