Well, they "say" they'll contact the offending user and after the warning the usage usually drops. Funny thing is.... after getting back ON cable, my first month definitely went over by.... a lot, and.... I got nothing. No contact, no email through Comcast's in-house email page. I dunno.
Just checked... I don't even SEE my account usage bar anymore. It's even the 2nd of the month, meaning that it should've reset yesterday, but it's not there. I've checked the home, account&bill, users & settings and internet tabs and it's not showing up. Does that mean I defy the laws of the interwebs?
..... wait, do you even WANT to get spanked by Comcast? Why would you want that? Well, unless there's some cute intern working at a local office, then maybe.....
