Thank you everyone!!!   :clap:  

I called to confirm that we indeed reserve 6 rooms, which fulfills our contract!  You all helped to save me a lot of money, and I appreciate it!

I also confirmed that they will keep the FITES disounted price available to everyone who calls and mentions FITES... just as long as rooms are available.

I booked a room for the night before the lan, so I can just be onsite the morning of the event!

So did I count twice. ;)
And who is getting the free admision? The reason I ask, is to show this was no joke and maybe entice others to do the same if something like this comes around again.

There were a few who got free admission due to this.

The problem is, everyone waited so long.. most of the people who got hotel rooms already paid for a seat.  If you would reserve a room first, then register, you'd get it for free.

I've refunded money to those I could after they paid and then reserved rooms.
