1:45 here!

my school let out at 1:30, but there are so many horrible drivers at my school that it took 40 minutes for me to get out of the parking lot and home. On a normal day i can get home in about 7 minutes.

its funny... there isnt more then 1 inch of snow down yet and people are already going 10mph. i wish we would get more just so people that cant drive in the snow would just stay home.

I don't see what's wrong with being cautious in slippy weather. Avoiding travel is the best option, but if ya gotta go, go slow.

I had to be in Shippensburg today (can't replace a dead hard drive and image it remotely). I left there at 4:00 PM and drove back to Harrisburg along I-81. I saw 4 or 5 cars that ran off the road into the center area between north and south. What was funny is that they all seemed to be vehicles that should have had 4WD capabilities. I had no problems though. Going about 20mph the whole way, how could I? It wasn't even really that bad until I got to Mechanicsburg. I could've gone at least 55 easily, but none of the traffic around me wanted to.
But on the bright side, I was told by my boss I could just work from home tomorrow. Gotta love VPN and remote management :2thumbsup:

most situations i agree with you guys. but today i really thought about what it would be like if these people with Yukons lived in say.... vermont.....

I drove home around 9pm, and it wasn't too bad. I had to peel a layer of ice an 1/8th in thick off my car first though.... that was hard :)
-
Hahaha I worked form home and it wasn't snowing!

Bah...Love my job but its the kind that has to be open 24/7/365 regardless of weather or political chaos.
Atleast the Ambulances have lots of sirens and air horns. Woot!
