w00t. Just saw that a december lan is announced. So far, it looks like i'm going to be able to go. It has been too long since i've been able to make a 50man lan, I really hope nothing messes up my ability to go. I miss playing with you guys and can't wait.
Not to mention that I finally built a new rig and it will be nice to stretch its legs.
-
how long has it been since you were at one of the LANs?
-
way too long man. I did make it to the 150man, but the last 50 was back in January. Just every time since, something has come up, or I already had something planned on the date picked.
-
Not to mention this:
1) TF2
2) Quake Wars
3) COD4
4) UT3
5) Gears of War
Can you say HOLY CRAP RELEASES!!!!

I'm there guys. As long as it's not snowing or anything i'm totally making it for this one. Will tell some of the fellows and see if we can't get some more guys to drag along with me. Really excited for this one...

Well looks like I will have to call off work for this one. But I don't think I will get it, after all it is December and I work at Toys R Us.

Sadly, this will probably make it two in a row for me that I can't attend. The baby will either be here or be very near here. He's about two weeks ahead of schedule and the possbility of inducing early has come up, so probably no LAN for me, just poopy diapers.
BTW, latest pictures.... http://www.flickr.com/photos/sully213/2041132665/in/set-72157600328574093/
Those 3d ultrasounds are just freaking awesome.

The detail is pretty sweet isn't it? But two weeks ahead of schedule? That is unheard off.
-
Unheard off? Well, I will guess you meant "unheard of" but I beg to differ... I mean if you were a doctor that regularly delivered babies... Nope, still wouldn't believe you... Humans are funny animals we don't always follow exact rules.

His growth measures as being in the 95th percentile, so by definition, that means that approximately 5% of all births are at or above his current level. With 4,021,726 U.S. births reported in an average year, that would mean 201,086.3 births are at or above his current level every year, or 550.92 per day.
I'm sorry Dr. Tibs, but you've failed your board exams, we're revoking your license to practice medicine.

How about you throw me into the incinerator like you did your faithful companion cube.

Wow! Again Congrats! And I have never ssen such detail in an ultrasound. It even made me go 'awwwwww'. I sent my wife the pic as well, if you don't mind. She gets a kick out of stuff like that.
And on a side note, welcome to the wonderful world of Xbox Live! (I got your friend request and accepted) Now you have to get COD4 for 360 and we can pwn....
And yes I will be making it to the december lan.

Quote from my wife after seeing cooper1:
"Awww! My eye honestly started tearing up, is that those new 3-D sonograms? So amazing!!
We have to get that done."
Boy she wants kids.....

Seeing him for the first time was the only time I think I've ever cried when I was happy. It's undescribable :)

The cool thing is, it never goes away. I remember driving home after Noah was delivered. I fell asleep at a red light on Rt 18 in New Brunswick NJ. Like it happened yesterday.
