Gri3v already mentioned this previously, but thought it should get some better visibility.  Indie developer REAKKTOR is creating a game that looks just like UT2k4/UT3.  They are also going to include dedicated server capability for a small fee for people who want to host their own games.  Closed beta is supposed to start soon and early access to the beta and full game is only $15 right now.
