I am curious which voice servers people use when gaming, I presently use TeamSpeak on my servers, and Ingame VOIP, but i would like to get some feedback. I am looking to make the best choice for my battlecompany.com gaming.
Let me know what you guys think.

I'm personally a Ventrilo fanatic. The sound quality on vent has always sounded better to me, though both vent and TS are good. I use them both.
-
I'm a TS fan personally. I just like the way TS is setup and the program overall (i've had a few experiences with Vent crashing on me mid game which gets annoying after 2-3 time)
Really it's personal prefference. Both are great VoIP services but IMO teamspeak is easier to run and setup.

TS for me. Easy to set up, from a server end.. as I have one running all the time on my linux server at home. My comrades and I play D&D over it monthly (along with a gaming whiteboard prog) and love it.

Party line.

TS FTW!

Is there a regularly used TS used for FITES?
-
I have a feeling one might pop up soon.

The TS/Vent war must stop both are great programs... I just wish there was a bridging software for a server... Sorry, but they both are great and I haven't got the screech of death with the new Vent version.

My Team Speak is always running, if you want a user account just let me know. or you can just log in as guest. Don't worry it is hosted on a 100 meg pipe, in Dallas TX with my own dedicated server. It is not running out of my house. (that was a pain in the ass) the ip is 72.9.148.99 and just login anonymous if you like, but you should put a nickname in place. I haven't created many channels yet.
Let me know what you guys think.
