Sweet programs that you love

So i just got a new laptop, and i always install among other things two programs that i love. Two little utilities that i cant live without. I was wondering if you all had any nifty little programs that you love/want to share so i can steal and make my own.

My two are:

Get them if you dont have them, love them if you do, and for god sakes give me some sweet junk to put on this!

Here are a few other good utils any self proclaiming cpu geek should have:

X-Netstat Pro (See who or waht is connecting to your PC - not freeware, but you know where to find 'em)
HDD Temp (HD Temp monitoring software)
Ethereal (sniffer)
HiJack This
