Chrome Extensions don't work with the newest Beta Build. You have to use 4.0.223.11 http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?extra=devchannel (http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?extra=devchannel) and add --enable-extensions to the shortcut.
