Yes the exorcist 3 is kick ass and a lot of people don't know it.  I have it on dvd and it is really really scary.  It's the little things in that film that are creepy.

Everytime I go into an old hospital (rarely) I always look up to see if there are creepy old people crawling on the ceiling.

the scariest part for me was when that old person under the sheet goes running up behind the nurse.  the first time i saw that scene i got goose bumps.
