Not sure what to call this thread, but with the draft happening this last weekend, then coming across this video, and having recently taken my Professional Engineering examination, it go me thinking about:

Newtons laws of motion.

First Law: An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

Second Law: The second law states that the acceleration of an object is dependent upon two variables – the net force acting upon the object and the mass of the object.  In terms of an equation, the net force is equal to the product of the object's mass and its acceleration.
F = m * a

Third Law: According to Newton, whenever objects A and B interact with each other, they exert forces upon each other. "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."

So here we have Newton's laws in action (Go Penn State):
