So obvious things aside: origin, no word on private servers.

Bleh.

Cutting straight to the chase. 5-person squads and commander mode! Commander will be able to play on pc OR tablet, which can seemingly connect to pc or console servers.

I have it pre-ordered. Really hoping my workload starts to calm down a bit so I can actually get some gaming in. It has been a while since I have been able to really sit down and enjoy a serious frag session.

In one of the game play segments, I saw a knife takedown reversal. The guy who was trying to do the knifing gor caught and had his own knife shoved into him and dog tags taken. Win!

If they had a commander only version, or an Air Traffic Control version. That would be awesome. As it stands I have no desire to enter into the BF4 foray just yet. It looks awesome, and I'll drool with envy at all the other people that have it, but it's not for me right now.

my favorite parts of the above vid are the detail in this huge urban environment along with the inclusion of the commander mode especially when they take out the tanks with artillery.  And of course the building collapsing is awesome!!!

I don't see why that couldn't be done at FITES2014. That is, if DICE even tells how to set up something like that. I'd have 3 lcd's @ 1050x1680 that could be donated for it.

With 9 monitors I'm guessing a tri-sli or tri-crossfire rig.

....okay, maybe it wouldn't be all that cost-effective. Yeah, DICE or EA should totally show up and help.
