A few members of my team didn't get to pay in time. I see on the site that not all the seats are filled on the seating chart and there is still the ability to pay online. Whats the deal?

Are there refunds for the two members of the team that paid? Obviously not going to go to a lan where I'm not guaranteed a seat and my team mates aren't going to go unless the whole team is there.

Why do I have a feeling we are going to have some open seats? How far was your team coming from anyways?

I would also like to point out Mr. Tibs is not a member of our staff.

Faced... I am sorry, but as the screenshot above shows, the registration fees are non-refundable.  However, they are transferrable.  In the past, when someone has had to cancel their trip at the last moment, they were able to sell their seats via a posting on our forums.  As you said, with the demand of this event, you should have no trouble selling the two seats that you registered and paid for.  Simply sell your seats to someone who did not get a chance to register in time, and work out a monetary exchange.

This event is very much like going to a rock concert, you don't get refunds for deciding not to go to the concert... it is up to you to try to sell the tickets.

Hopefully you understand and can appreciate our stance on this.
