We are still working that out.  The overall price per seat will probably go up $5 or $10 because of additional room costs due to a bigger room and 36 hours instead of 24.

Aug 19-20? I doubt it. Quakecon will most likely be that weekend or the weekend before/after.

Yeah, we struggled with this one. For room availability it was either the 19-20 or sometime in November when a lot of people would be away at college. This seemed like the better choice for the majority of people.

As for me, I'm there no matter what. If QC is this weekend, there's always next year.

We are definitely rolling the dice on quakecon.

But as Sully said, we had basically a choice of 2 dates (if we wanted to do a 36 hour event) between now and thanksgiving.

Since quakecon is still an unknown variable... we took our chance.  Fortunately, the numbers of gamers who attend FITES lans who would be attending quakecon is probably less than 10.
