Should I get a copy of BF2?

I hav'nt played Battlefield, I was curious if I shoud buy a copy before the LAN tommorow.  What games get the most play? Is it sceduled or something?

There is no lanparty tomorrow... at least not a FITES lan.  It is next weekend.  And there will be a basic itinerary posted very soon.

Beyond that, if you like 1st person shooters, that have a hint of strategy involved.. bf2 is a great game for you!
