Title: Seat Assignment Problem FITES 250

Hi all,

I assigned a seat to a friend who's had a steam account for a while now, and after I assign it we see the following:

"Profile new or private. Can't grab nickname for you. Sorry"

Her steam profile is public, and is not new. If you look at seat 18x16 on intranet.fites.net/seating, you'll see it. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

There is a background script that runs to update names from steam. It looks like it was able to grab it recently.
