Hey guys.  I just finished up college and was granted my degree  :2thumbsup: .  I'll be moving to New Cumberland so that I can be closer to my job.  Anyone down that way?  I've only been in the area a few times, but it really feels and looks like a nice place.  Bridge Street has alot going on south of Lemoyne it seems.

Also, I definatly need high-speed internet when I get down there.  I'm pretty sure DSL and Comcast Cable are available to me.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  I've heard Comcast has been having some problems.  Any input or suggestions would be great.  Thanks in advance.

Hey Bodak. FireFly and I live in Harrisburg, not too far from New Cumberland. Comcast service here has been impeccable. 4 meg down, 384kb up.

And just to whet your appetite for speed: http://philadelphia.bizjournals.com/philadelphia/stories/2005/05/16/daily24.html
Please just walk away. I don't want to have to stand here and say something so awesome that I'll have to remember it the rest of the day. Thank you!

Hey, maybe I'll get to meet you guys down there sometime.  There's a nice bar/grill in town if you're into that   :beers:  .  About the cable; Ever notice problems during peak hours?  Is their a noticable change in performance?  And also, would it be worth spending the 10$ a month to upgrade to the 6meg down version?

And that link does make me hopeful

Hey man.  I live in mechanicsburg, which is about 10 mins from New Cumberland.  I used to go to a skatepark there called Voodoo, but it closed down.  Anyway, my comcast service has been 1337.  I really do not even notice any slowdown during peek hours.

Hope to meet you some time man.
