I am looking for a motherboard that has the following:

capability to handle P4 3.0-3.4 ghz cpu's
PCIE Video Port
OnBoard Raid 1
4 SATA connections
5 PCI Slots
Name Brand with warranty.

is SLI a requirement as well? (since you've got PCI-E on there)

and the SATA, is that 4x SATA? or 2x SATA and 2x SATA2?\

also, from the looking I've done, if a mobo has PCI-E, it has 1-2x PCI-E 1x slots, and only 3 MAX PCI slots ... I've seen some boards with less.
