Since fites will be my first lan in march I was curious how these things work with some stuff. I know the games you need to have bought them but alot of my stuff has 'questionable' orgins. Will this cause any problems at the lan?

We have a don't ask, don't tell policy at FITES.  We encourage everyone to have a fully licensed copy for their use.

That said... We do not put anything into place to prevent the illegal use of software.

Also, something to consider is... "cracked" games often have difficulty joining non cracked servers.  From my experience... people who play cracked games at lans have a significantly higher "problem" rate trying to get into a game at a lan.

that of course allows me to be the exception to the rule considering that every game I have is actually store bought and yet I still have issues with many numerious games
