I played the demo on the 360....it's good, but not great.  It's cool that you can pull off jet 'tricks' like stalling at high altitudes to make ridiculous sharp turns to avoid missiles or to get the enemy in your sights quicker.   It's definitely NOT a sim, more an arcade air combat.
