No, at ~00:35, he said it'll be for both XBLA and PC. Looks pretty rough around the edges though, to me. Not sure if it could even be called a competitor when the max players is so low. He said it'll be 8v8. Ouch.

only 8 vs 8 hell thats more then our badco2 server gets most days.  hehe, yea i didnt hear that but yea 8v8 is low. The technology looks cool especially if something better comes along and uses that engine.

looks a bit like the Borderlands approach for graphics. It is awesome if it really is degradation where you can destroy things as small as individual stones.

I think I would pick it up for $15.  Looks fun.  Just when you think you have a nice shady spot for cover, someone blows up that cliff above you and drops some boulders on your head.

Ahh, when I watched it at work, it was buffering so much I missed those two little syllables.

I don't think I'm interested. Neat mention of tech and all what with landscape erosion, but I'm going to wait and see if BF3 will offer us huge maps and 64 player battles again.

Also, 8v8 is.... well, as fun as small-scale squad firefights can be..... I really prefer huge battles involving jets, helis, jeeps and dozens of infantry.

Apparently someone liked the game so much, they tried to steal the code!

Quote
A spokesperson for Atomic Games said that a PAX East attendee attempted to steal game code from the developer's booth. Apparently the suspected thief parked in front of a PC and managed to download a portion of the code from the upcoming game Breach before his actions were fully realized. Once spotted, the thief grabbed his laptop and darted into the thick, busy crowd.

So there was a breach of Breach? Haha, I'm too punny.

And now back to our regularly scheduled programming.

So, they left source code just sitting there on an unlocked demo PC? Me thinks April fools or just flat out lies.

Or stupidity.  Lets not forget that!

I vote stupidity or just plain not thinking about it. Because it's a crowded building full of people, what could possibly go wrong at a manned booth????

:-D
