Hey everyone.

I'm taking part in the MS150 CitytoShore to raise funds for finding a cure for MS and helping those effected by MS. This is an annual event that the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Multple Sclerosis Society holds. As always, the goal is to raise as many donations as possible. In addition to fund raising, the team on which I am riding (SKF) would like get as many people as possible involved in the "Champions with MS" program. The MS Society provides red bandanas for those with MS to sign. Our team wants to have a different person for every rider on the team (25). Its a great way to show we care. My dad did that for a few years when I was a kid. Until he had a fly smack into his eye, then smacked into a guardrail, gouged his leg on the metal, flipped over it, and went crashing though the trees on the steep slope down, cracked his head open and had to walk a couple miles to the nearest house.(true story!)
