It is true, if you buy the Prestige set you get a pair of Night Goggles, and a manikin head to display them on. Cost is still up in the air at the moment. Check it out:

$149.99 for the Prestige edition; a decent set of NVGs will run you several hundred dollars.  Good ones tend to be over $1.5k, and let's not even go into the thermal NVGs.

You get what you pay for, that's all I have to say....

Here's another link to another story, but this one has a video of the 'unboxing'.

(I take it the board is not parsing the youtube links anymore?  It's not showing up for me at least.)
That's Mr. Deception to you.

Well at least some people are going in the right direction. Unlike Bungie releasing the Collectors Edition of Halo 3. With a Spartan Helmet that you could not wear. It would of been nice for them to package MW2 with a pair of auto focus binoculars. Then I would buy it. These goggles can not be any good. And the Hardened pack I don't need as I already have all the COD games. Don't know why they would do that, considering if you played the first COD game. It isn't worth going back to play it all over again.

Yeah, lets flood the place with IR... Since everyone would have that pair to play hide n' sneak  in the dark. (kids) It would look like everyone has a flashlight on their head... I am going to make clusters of IR leds... Like IR mines or IR flashbangs.

IR claymores?  "Click."  "Oh god my eyes!"

Did anyone see that episode of future weapons where they had that light that would make people feel sick?

I don't really watch much TV, but I think this is it.

I'll choose being tasered over throwing up any day.

But like for how long...cause you can kinda hold down the button, and then there's the question of where on the body you're gonna be tasered.  These are the details i would need to make that statement.
 :thinking2:
Next question:  You have been tasered? :policeman:

Yes. Voluntarily though.

Sure, you lose all control of your body, but it's not nearly as unpleasant as throwing up is for me. Because once I start, its very very hard to stop. I just get stuck in an infinite loop of smelling the vomit, and them wanting to throw up again from the sound and smell and taste of it in my mouth and it just comes up all over again, rinse, repeat.
