Title: Magic The Gathering Anyone? Play at upcoming LAN?

Anyone play Magic the Gathering?  My buddy and I going to the LAN will likely bring our cards if anyone else plays and would like to do a game or two to change things up a bit bring your cards!

I've never played, but I would like to take a stab at it if you are willing to teach me. I also have a card game I'll be bringing, maybe two.

I'll definitely be bringing this new game I have called Flame Wars (http://"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNYB7Ua4jVw"). It's made by a guy that works in my office building.

I might also bring along a game called Zomboree (http://"http://www.gnomeworkshop.com/games/zomboree/"), which also has a free "print and play" version if people want to make their own cards. This one, I'm friends with the game designer and I was involved in a LOT of the initial testing. I'm one of the people that caused him to introduce a random aspect to the game.

Definitely willing to teach anyone interested in playing.  Im all for any other tabletop games, flame wars sounds very interesting!! lol looking forward to that.

I played MTG back in beta in like 1993-1994 and would like to play again. There will be some tabletop gaming space available.

Awesome! @Czar, anychance you still have your cards from back then?  I have been working on collecting for some legacy decks.

I started playing MTG back at the beggining, I have some Alpha/Beta stuff but I really only started collecting from Unlimited onward.

I'll dust off my boxes and bring them along, hopefully we can get a game going.

I'll bring along my nasty goblin deck. It's retarded good but not even close to T2 legal lol. Only good for extended at the moment if you don't mind that
