We have female gamers with us... If they were to streak too, I think that we would have problems with most of the others staring or other physical aiiments. LOL

What do you mean? Chill in there on Friday night?

The hotel is not "cool" with people sleeping in there Friday night. We plan on having 1-2 staff members sleep in there for security purposes, but that will be it.

Otherwise we'd have 50+ people looking to crash there the night before, and it become a major security issue

First off, welcome to Fites and to the LAN! My recommendation in your case would be to buddy up with some compadres and share a room. It will definitally kill costs per person. Just a heads up, sometimes hotels charge extra for more than two people in a room. Just remember, what they don't know won't hurt them.
