Agreed. This is failed parenting not a failed restriction in the system. Back when i worked for CC, it was the damn parents who were buying the game for the kids. If the kid was old enough to drive to the store or afford the game, then they were old enough to play whatever rated game they want.

Just another way for the Damned hippies in this world to say “hey it’s not my fault man it’s the systems fault.” Fudge you hippie, it is your fault because you suck as a parent. The parents control the household (or at least should) and if they do, then they control what goes on in there. I.e jimmy raping hookers in a video game is an easy thing to stop if you pay the Fudge attention to your kids.

This is why I don’t want kids. I don’t want to have to give a Crap about what they are doing, but I know that once I do, it is my responsibility as a parent to give a Crap.

This is yet another pointless law that will do zero to restrict this type of game from being in the hands of the "innocent." Until parents give a Fudge or are made accountable it will change nothing.
