A couple kids are driving down a residential street when the kid inthe back seat tries to knock some kid off his bike by opening up thedriver-side back door.A few recomendations:a) don't ever let your kid driveb) don't ever let your kid handle a video camerac) don't ever let your kids out with his friendsd) don't ever let your kid ride in the back seat of the car while afriend is driving and another friend is operating a video camera. You know what? Screw it. Kill your offspring when they are three andjust eat them.
I think your parameters are correct, but your formula is wrong..force = mass x acceleration. (i think) that makes for a nice simplecalculation, usable for most people.I doubt the original equation was meant to be measured in miles perhour, so you'd have to convert that to deceleration in the form offeet per second per second. If you if you figure his head went from25 miles an hour in one direction to 25 miles hour in the otherdirection in one second you have an acceleration of 264,000 feet persecond per second. The mass of his head (and body) is negligible compared to the car, sowe'll stick to with the 3500lbs weight of the car.force = 924000000 (not sure what the unit is here)regardless, I think you are correct in your observation that his teethwill be in his brain.
