Got this from my brother this morning. Kinda wanna laugh at the dumbass, but it looks REALLY painful.

That's been around the internet many times...

From what I gather, that is exactly what happened.. kid tried to hit a kid on a bicycle and bashed his head off of a parked cars rear bumper.

regardless, I think you are correct in your observation that his teeth
will be in his brain.

That would make a good excerpt in a drivers ed video. This is what not to do in a moving car part 1. First reaction was a wtf for me but then again it was funny to see it in instant replay.
