Title: Inbetween LANs?

So does anything go on inbetween LANParties? Do you admin types have any servers running for some 'local' online play? Is that what the LAN Intranet is about?  Just curious cause I am probably getting rusty and need to start playing before the next LAN in York:P

We do lanparties about every 6-8 weeks depending on interest.  They may be in Port Trevorton or York.  We have not had any in a while due to workload for this 100 man event.

I know there was talk by some of the guys about getting together and lanning it up a bit... to test out game server, and bugs in the network.  Tekie might be able to shed some light on whether or not this is still happening.

Not that its any closer to ya, but I have bi-monthly LANS in New Holland, PA zip 17557. Next is feb 1st. Any interest?

Billabond, Vondouche and I put on gigs occasionally, we play older stuff like HALO, CS, CSS, DOD, COD n'stuff.  Maybe next time we get some people together we'll post it up.

Looks like that would be a good hour and a half drive for me from Dallastown :sad:  That's why I was wondering about the LAN at Little People in York, I could be there in about 5-10 minutes :2thumbsup:  Having 2 kids and the wife working weekends is making it tough. Even on the weekdays I don't get home from work to around 6pm. Wouldn't mind playing something online with some people from the area till the next LAN Party comes around. I know I probably need the practice :bigsmile:

My clan is a BF2, COD clan and we have members from the UK and US so there's always someone on our TeamSpeak server playing or looking for a game. If anyone would like to hang out with us, here is our Ts info:

Look for Micky (myself) and just mention you are from FITES and/or you were at the 100 LAN and you came in to join us for a game.
