I JUST saw this. It looks fantastic. 1 minute video of AvP kill moves. Watch it 2-3 times to really catch everything.

Is this a console port, the graphics sorta look dated.

You're joking right? It's the UE3 engine, and DX10/11 powered. Some earlier screenshots were the best looking UE3 engine shots I've seen. If the UE3 engine is considered dated now, then that makes me sad.
