Free downloads of the GTA and GTA2 from Rockstar if you sign up for their mailing list.  If your computer can't handle these graphics, maybe an upgrade is in order before the LAN.   :eek:

You know what got me? This line.

"This game requires the latest version of DirectX to run."

I mean, seriously. DX11? How're we supposed to keep up with this kind of demand on our wallets? All I want to do is play GTA and they're telling me I have to buy a whole new video card? THE NERVE OF SOME PEOPLE!!!

I loved GTA2. That GTA version has the best radio station clips out of all of them.

I can bring the setup files to the LAN if anyone doesn't want to give their email address on Rockstars website.

The funny part was the multiplayer setup.  One of the options was phone modem connection.
