Title: Got there right when this happened

A lot ended up splattering on the hood of a white ford pickup. That makes the 2nd dead body in the month of April. When the EMTs got there, they took one look at the guy and got back in the ambulance and left.

Yep. Absolutely nothing EMS can do. Calls like that are nice. Check the gore and go get something to eat. Easy paper work too. In fact.. I can see the trip sheet now:

Quote
Ambulance XYZ was dispatched class 3 to <Expo Center Address> at the York Expo Center for a shooting. Additional information from dispatch stated the patient was a male with an obvious gunshot wound to the head.

We arrived and spoke with an officer who led us to the body. The injuries were incompatible with life due to exposed brain mater.

With no patient found, Ambulance XYZ left the scene and returned available.

There.. the crew can copy/paste that :)

I wonder how many people are going to get up in arms about the gun show and blame this death on the show.

People die/kill themselves all the time without the help of the gun shows. The liberal bias is already evident in that article at the bottom where they reference "The gun show loophole" when 1.) This applies to private arms sales 2.) This does not apply to the licensed dealers who pay to have a table at the shows and must conduct a check for all fire arm sales 3.) There isn’t much control you can put on stopping people from killing themselves. Heck even people in guarded facilities on suicide watch manage to still kill themselves.

The best part about the crowds at gun shows is the fact that you can have 1k people gathered and a gun shot goes off and no one freaks out or panics. We just respond in a calm reasonable manner. That same thing happens with a bunch of hippie liberals and people will loose their minds, Crap themselves, and trample people in the panic.

I was at the Harrisburg show the other year and there was an accidental discharge. We just treated the guy for his wound, stabilized him till the medics got there and took him out on the stretcher.

Depends on which range? Well for me at least. This is one thing that just keeps falling by the wayside.

I would be down for it depending on how much it costs.  There is a new(ish) range by me that is in Glen Rock - I'll have to look up the address.

I got some firearms I wouldn't mind shooting off. Trap/Skeet would be preferred for me but if the range doesn't have that, I`ll be fine punching paper.

You would prefer skeet shooting.  I'm all for a FITES Day at the Range.  I just need to know the time and place.

You guys need to set this up. I would love to go shooting. Bring out the sks and the double barrel, hit some targets, and then skeet.

Raises hand. But they not mine. Would AR-15 suffice?
