Just found this on Gizmodo.

This works on Win7 64 and (apparently) Vista 32, but may cause problems in Vista 64.

Make a new folder, anywhere.
Name the folder: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Mind you, it doesn't have to be "GodMode." It can be "Devilmode" or whatever you want. The text from the . and on just has to be the same. The icon will then change to a control panel icon which will contain dozens of control options.

I just did it, looks rather neat. Time to poke around!

Check out the registry ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C is in there.  You could call the folder anythign you want, I think they wanted to make something out of it so the blogger indicated 'godmode' was something.

hamsammich.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} will work too.

I named mine gates of heaven, but every time i tried to access it i get a "Denied" response.
