You associate your past BF games with it and somehow it'll link up with BC2 and you can get the M1 Bayonette as a weapon, only available through the veteran site. I'm working on it right now.

Great fun. Lag is annoying as hell, though. That comes with a beta that everyone and their grandma is accessing and playing. Only major gripe right now is lack of a prone option. You can crouch, just not go prone. However, mowing down trees so you can get a better view of a far-off area so that you can shoot down a helicopter with a mounted gun emplacement is just... wheee!

+50 enemy kill

Yeah they've been saying for awhile that they've taken out prone. They removed in in BF1943 on the xbox first, then did the same here.

I just played this for the past hour or so. Really fun. Did you see the score requirements for some of the unlocks? 100,000,000+ points! And yeah, the lag is pretty bothersome atm. I was able to get into one server that didn't lag at all, but I forgot the name of it. ><

Yeah, the M95 for the recon is going to be a PITA to get, but have you seen some of the combo scores you can get? My best is 600+. I took out a tank with a mortar in a building after I died and got 300+ from that alone.

I haven't been able to join a game again. Game crashes when I try to refresh the server browser, and when I try the "Play Now" option, it tells me that no internet connection was found. But I see in the news ticker at the bottom of the screen that they are aware of the issue.

Hasn't crashed for me, well other than the whole server browser thing which wasn't happening when I first started it up.

Also, I'm really glad this game doesn't feel too console-ish.

I tried the server browser and it died on me. I get the same issue as Agent with the play now bit, so I dunno what's going on. Ticker is working for me, so I'm just chalking it up to beta bug crap.

Well, loaded the beta up and after some frustrating tries....(just with finding an open server or where I don't get disconnected right away)...got into a game and I must say I am impressed.  @ 1680x1050, settings mostly on high and 2x AA (all the default settings except rez) and it ran very smoothly.

Looks like I won't have to buy a new video card after all. 

List your beta friends names here so we can get to together online!  I think mine is just Decepticon.

Mine is Agent4054 but I read in the forums that the friends list isn't working yet. You can send invites and accept them, but your friends still won't show in the list... yet.
