I spoke to them and they would require guarantee that 100 people would be there Saturday morning at a fixed rate of $8 / person. Given that not enough people are on the intranet (let alone signed up yet) to gauge interest, we simply can't really guarantee anything at this time lol.  I appreciate you making it a tournament (so funny), but go ahead and take it down :P

I guess what I meant is that they aren't actively checking it leading up to the event - i.e. right now its a month away and nobody is signed up for tournaments, but give it two more weeks or a week out and they will start populating.

We had a laugh when driving past this place... maybe next year?
