Philly and Pittsburgh in the Eastern Finals.  Pennsylvania is the new hockey capital of the world?  You decide.

And here I was thinking you posted in the wrong forum. From your topic title, first thing that came to mind was you were thinking about handing out flyers and pens to spread word about fites. ROFL

Dude Sp00ge right on dude (proudly looks at my MAF jersey. GO PENS! I think it'll be close but Pens in 6. MAF is playing lights out (94% save percentage in the post season) and have the highest goals per game in the playoffs. 95% penalty killing at home as well (INSANE!)

Anywho...out of the 10 teams who went 7 and 0 to start the playoffs...7 of them have lifted the Cup so there's a freakin sweet stat.

GO PENS!

nevermind the cost per unit isn't bad at all but they all have minimum orders that take the price pretty high. at least at the few sites i browsed.

I think we officially hijacked this thread.

It was inevitable. The title baited us in under false pretenses.

My friend has an embroidery business that he runs and we could get really good prices from him with no minimums as long as our logo has been digitized.  He charges a lot to digitize logos.  I know his baseball hats sell for around $12 and they're good quality. but he does all apparel.

I used to be a big time penguins fan, but now that I live in Philly, my view has changed quite a bit.  The flyers fans are insane, and Philly lives for their sports teams.  I have been to a several flyers games, and these fans know how to support their teams.

So, Go Flyers!  And, I would probably be killed by my roommates if I rooted for the penguins...

I know of a company that finds sponsors for items to be given out at sporting events etc.  I can check and see if 1) they have a rep down in york, and 2) they would be willing to work with us for a LAN party.  They tended to do stuff like Thundersticks, mini footballs, T-Shirts, etc.  They usually found local sponsors (car lots, grocery stores, restaurants etc.) to buy the stuff as giveaways.  Sound good or something to pass on??

My Ex-wife used them when she was cheerleading advisor.  The items were actually given to the cheerleaders for free because the sponsor paid for the item (and they also got their logo or name on the item).  I can check on some per item costs as well.  I think the initial cost is to get the printing template set and the per item cost was pretty cheap.

these fans know how to support their teams.

I have to disagree with you on that one. I went to a Flyers/Pens game last year in Philly and the crowd started a stupid "E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles!" cheer.....on multiple occasions. If they're cheering for the football team at a hockey game, I don't consider that knowing how to support their team.

What do you mean digitize logos? I'm pretty sure that the FITES Logo was made in a program like Illustrator or PhotoShop or even MSPaint so it's already digital....

HAHA...I could see Flyers fans doing something stupid like that..I really dislike a good bit of Flyers fans cause to me they're nothing but whiners. That and they're just down right crude at times...Wanting team injuries to end players careers so they can win the game. I dont care how bad I hate a team, I never want players to get taken out like that
