Hey everyone!

In the hopes of offering you (our members) a better home for lanparty and game chat... we are looking to move FITES from our homegrown server to a high bandwidth, high benefit, and low cost server.

Disk Space 5,000 MB
Monthly Bandwidth 100 GB
Unlimited MySQL Databases
Unlimited eMail Accounts
Unlimited FTP Accounts
Unlimited Sub-Domains
Static IP Included

If everyone could dig deep.. look under the cushions, cash in your piggy banks, or save your lunch money for a week, we could have a faster and better FITES soon!

I just have a few questions pride.
1. Will all the accounts transfer over?
2. The donations are through what service(ex. paypal)?

If you could answer these questions I will definetly pitch in considering I can never make it to a lan party. Thanks pride and I cant wait for the move.

1. Yes all accounts will be transfered over, we are simply switching web hosts

2. The donations are through paypal, there is a button on the frontpage for it

its a host migration people! we aren't wiping fites, but we could reset postcounts if we really wanted to (but I like mine too)

Tomb - Tekie answered your Q's correctly

The nice thing about SQL, is that it can be imported to a new DB.

The only thing we may not keep is the news articles. I doubt anyone really references old articles, so that may be something we dump. The forums we will keep in tact.

Funny thing is people, we actually did this once before, and none of you even noticed haha.

Update:

I have purchased the webspace, and the latest version of Nuke.

will begin work ASA I have access to the server.

Donations would definately still help though.

Billabond, your money went to paying for Nuke 7.8... so in essence you own the next website we use LOL
