ALDI? And no, I have a friend who IS a chef and he made it once and I am a quick learner. I seem to learn well from him cause he explains it in chemistry terms I understand. Too bad he is in the Navy now. He has been to a couple of the Monthly LAN he went by Capt Teach.

Well Decepticon (aka Sean), the two places we go for sushi offer either habachi cooked items (where they cook in front of you) or chinese food.  So there are alternatives.
