I am writing this at 11:30 at night so forgive me for any grammar errors. (I know that statement is asking alot) Anyways, some of you know, (Czar, Spooge) and others know of a certain thing I am bringing to the lan in February. I befriended this gentleman by the name of Shawn. And his occupation is as a auto body painter. He mostly did Crotch-Rockets. (sport bikes) And I was surfing craigslist one day and found this guy who wants to paint computer cases. Same guy as forementioned earlier; anyways I told him about this lan.
I suggested to him that I buy a case for him to paint, and bring it with me to the lan and showcase his work. And in an act of kindness, give it away as a prize of some sort. Well I bought the case awhile back and it is at his place at the moment. Well we have been in contact for awhile now and here is what we thought up. To have a ammo style paint job, essentially turning it to a ammo case. I told him to include our logo, but to make it a white color as any other color might clash with the rest of the case. And here it is what is going to happen.
He is going to sketch up a design and once he gives me it. I will gladly post it here; and once I get a concensus of whether it is good or not. He will start the painting of the case. He tells me he can get it knocked out in a day if he had to. The case that I had him paint is a Coolermaster HAF 932. And well I hope it turns out good for everyone. I have yet to find a place to give it away; I am thinking a singles tournament prize or something. But here is a link to the case for your enjoyment:
