We purchased a block set of 5 seats. The person who booked/registered it won't be coming until later Friday night. Can we still enter without him providing we have our information?

You sure can. For multiple seats, people had to list the gaming handle of the other people that were registered. If you'd like me to double check to make sure everything is in order, respond with your handle (I don't see Venaari listed so it must be something else) and I`ll check the records.

It would be under the 5 seats I purchased. Due to a glitch in the registration form there was not an entry for other names, only a number drop down box. I put in an email to Mark "The Shoctor" Kreafle Administrator / Webmaster for assistance because that seemed the most appropriate person to contact about web issues; however, there has been no response.
The pay pal went through and I did receive my 5 seat key code which all of us used to save our seats on the "map (http://fites.is-into-games.com:8080/seating.php)" page of the fites intranet.
I will attempt to contact you later through steam, skype, or xfire to determine what actions I need to take to assist in solving this problem.

I apologize. I never saw the email come in, but I am glad it's taken care of. In the future please post in Support Forum that way if I don't see it another staff member is sure to.
