To All Loadout Closed Beta Testers:

We are now in the midst of testing our ability to handle hundreds of thousands of more players. And we need your help!

Please join us online and help us CRASH THE SERVERS. We need as many people as possible to log in, from all over the world to play some Loadout. Join us at 3pm Central Time (UTC -5 hours) on Thursday, May 2 2013 and let's see if we can break the system in a global stress test. All participants who log in during the Crash Test will receive a free in-game t-shirt for their character:


This Crash Test will help us better prepare Loadout for our upcoming debut in Steam's Early Access program as we continue to work on the game and prepare it for Open Beta. Come be a part of Loadout history and help us get the game ready for thousands of new players.

So log in today at 4 p.m. EST to stress test the servers and get yourself a free in-game item. They don't say exactly, but I'm sure it extends through the night. I haven't seen anything official on that, but it would make sense they want to stress test the servers through out the day.

This game is hella fun. So try to log on at least once tonight if you already have it, and get yo items, bra!

Finally got to play some loadout. Interesting concept, disturbing outfit customization (hairy hutsack hanging out of tighty whiteys?), lots of ways to customize your weapons to fit your playstyle/team makeup.

My favorite parts so far are the Outfit customization, Scoring notices (middle finger for payback), the battledamage (Shredded leg to the bone), and death animations (bleeding out from the dick).
