So my new logitech g5 is in. I'm very glad that I bought it early cause its taking a little bit to get used to the fast dpi response..

As for the feel, still the best ever in my opinion. I was playing unreal after messing around with the software cmd settings (setting the buttons and such)
The on the fly adjustment works so well. Granit I was playing against comps on masterful, I decided to test out some sniping skills (on what better map than Face Classic)

Let me just say that before I was owning in Classic, picking ppl clear across the screen. But with the new dpi adjustment...it was amazing!! About 1 in every 3 shots I took where head shots so yea, its def nice. Find a taget, switch to 400, headshot, switch back to 1400.

Thinking thats about the best dpi for me. its a step up to the 800 I was using before. May have to adjust the in game sensitivity to fit better. But its amazing. Just thought I'd share. Only complaint is the dpi adjustment...u have to go from greatest to least in dpi speed. Stinks because i'd much rather have the 400 dpi setting 1st...then 1400 second then possibly a 800 as 3rd. Only complaint

I use the middle setting for general use, High for FPS, and low for sniping.  The mouse is sooo accurate, and the weights are a nice touch too.
