But the 250GB cap remains?  Comcast just got a reprieve as Verizon wont start any more FIOS rollouts.  They can rebrand all they want but until they fix their crappy service people will leave them the instant a competitor (Anything better, Time Warner seems to be the only worse provider.) moves into the market.

Actually, I have noticed this past weekend that my speed has gone up a lot.  Don't know if this has anything to do with these new tiers....but I welcome the boost.
That's Mr. Deception to you.

Please just walk away. I don't want to have to stand here and say something so awesome that I'll have to remember it the rest of the day. Thank you!

And as far as I know I am still on the 6/1 plan.

I pay for the slight bump up from the minimum.  Used to be called "blast" or something.

You know, I was thinking earlier today when I heard an ad on the radio for Frontier. They're touting all of their great this and that and everything else and how they're superior to anything else out there, just like Verizon does and Dish Network/DirecTV does, etc. But at the very end of the Frontier ad (and in the same tone as the rest of the ad, perhaps to hide the fact in plain "sight"), you hear "Early termination fees apply". I don't know what the exact early term fee is, but I believe it's $175 just like all the cell phone companies charge....and Verizon charges.....and Dish/DirecTV charge. But you know who has never had an early termination fee? You know who even gives you all of your money back if you're not satisfied in the first 30 days? Comcast, that's who.

So it seems to me that the only company that is willing to back up their products with any sort of service guarantee is Comcast. Don't like Verizon (either right away or a few months down the road), you can cancel your service, but it'll cost you. Is your dish service always cutting out in bad weather? You can cancel....but it'll cost you. Don't like your Comcast service? If it's in the first 30 days, you can cancel and get all your money back. If it's after the first 30 days, you can still cancel and it won't cost you a penny in early termination fees.

So the bottom line is that Comcast is pretty confident in their products and services and backs it up with the Comcast Customer Guarantee, so if you truly don't like what you have, that's OK. Go try the competition. We'll welcome you back with open arms when you don't like what they have to offer too.
Please just walk away. I don't want to have to stand here and say something so awesome that I'll have to remember it the rest of the day. Thank you!
