Title: COD5: World At War 1/2 off on Steam
Post by: The Nstuff on May 15, 2009, 04:18:34 PM
I've heard good things about the single player piece.  I never thought it worth the $45-50.
Is it worth the $25 now that it is 1/2 off this weekend?

I know you can do co-op in the campaign.  I played the beta as well didn't really like it.  I like COD4 better.

Personally I like it. The SP game was brilliant, it was like I was playing Stalingrad from the original COD. The game play was that chaotic and I loved every minute of it. I have not played Co Op but then again it is Co Op. Don't see how that could be anymore exciting. I do like the zombie levels that you can play in Co Op. Up to four people I believe can be in a Co Op game at once. I just haven't been playing it, well because no one here plays it at all. Least from a Online stance anyways.

My view on COD5 is, once you've played one WWII game, you've played them all. Why they felt the need to make yet another COD game based on WWII is beyond my comprehension.
