yeah i am not sure about it either......the game did not seem to run very smooth to me....maps IMO were not that good. what there are 3 maps. i think the best one is the trainyard..what ever that one is called. the one on beach is the worst.

Yeah, I'm not that impressed.  The weapons are horrible, but it is a WWII shooter so I guess it fits the theme.  I do like the attack dogs though.  Interesting little perk.  The graphics are bland in comparison to COD4, IMO.  I do like some of the little things they added, such as the new kill cam.  I know it's not THAT new, but it shows views from rockets, 'nades and rocket propelled grenades.

I also think level design is a little...off.  I dunno what it is, but something is amiss.

Someone needs to recreate some of the BF1942 maps for COD5.  Most notably Berlin.  Although it might be that fun because of the bots.  Would still be fun to try it.

so far my favorite of the series of COD2. i was much better at the end of that game than i am at cod4. I tried to play COD1 again....WOW that was not fun...really choppy

someone said the maps look like they were made from a CSS engine and i have to agree.  very bland.  I'll take cod4 anyday over cod5.  if only we could port the dogs and tanks over to cod4.   don't get me wrong it was fun but i still found myself wishing we could play cod4 instead.  Actually,  I was getting a little drunk by the end of cod5 and didn't really care.

Yeah Beltot, Matmata, St. Mere and Caen are my favs on CoD2. Damn could I own up back in the day with my German K98. I miss CoD2 :-(

They always bitch unless you win.  That is the part that sux about being commander.  If your team loses it is your fault.

i see a couple of you guys saying your cod5 didnt run really smooth. hmm mine ran of at 1920X1200.  Maybe it's like dead space where you gotaa run it at the monitors native!!!

Id love to play some BF2.  I know Dave has a dedicated bf2 server we could use,  all we need is enough people and and it could happen.
