"Well, if you happen to have a rig that would put Deep Blue to shame, then we have something that might help it to stretch its muscles a bit. Fallout 3 has gotten an HD texture pack that weighs 398MB and will surely make the game look even sweeter.

Although we’re not sure how popular this pack will be, as the game is quite a tough nut to crack for most machines, we’re confident that those who do use it are surely in for some visual goodness.

He was claiming that Fallout 3 was the "mod", since the game was made by Bethesda and built from the same engine that Oblivion used.
