In theory, that looks cool.. but in terms of functionality, the traditional desktop still appears more organized. I'm an organization and minimalistic freak, so this would be utterly pointless for me.

i agree, not something you would really want to use on yoru own computer... but i think an interface like that would be wonderful on a Microsoft Surface type table.

I wonder if I can stack up and organize a bunch of images depicting mammary glands in several different ways.

ROFL! I think you could. I don't think the interface takes into account the subject matter of the pictures, so even if they were, uh, "very blessed" mammaries, there wouldn't be any curved surfaces involved ;)
