Ok, so I called again and just like last time, they transferred me to their corporate reservation call center, where they again told me they were showing $125 and that our pricing must not have been updated in the system to show $89. After about 5 minutes of being on hold while the guy was supposed to be looking up something, the cell phone dropped the call. I really don't think he was coming back anyways....
So I called again and this time someone from the actual Holiday Inn in Mech-burg did the reservation and everything was 100% cool. She even asked me what our quoted rate was. So, I'm taken care of, but I just wanted y'all to know in case you run into any similar problems. Insist on making the reservation with the hotel itself, not their corporate reservations line.
