Haha, well Black Mesa has been in development for 8 years so they got some serious valve time (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Valve_Time) lol -- I've been monitoring this source mod for years and can't believe its finally here -- if you're at all interested in the Half-Life franchise then I definitely recommend checking it out next week because we're in for a [FREE] treat!
